By accessing and using the Prissy Deluxe website (prissydeluxe.store) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

All products sold on Prissy Deluxe are 100% authentic and sourced directly from verified brand distributors and authorised suppliers. We maintain strict quality control and guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) or US Dollars ($) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

We accept payment via card (Flutterwave), bank transfer, and WhatsApp orders. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to amend an order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Prissy Deluxe is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Fragrances, opened items, and sale items are non-returnable. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. See our full Returns Policy in the Help section for details.

All content on prissydeluxe.store including logos, images, text, and design is the property of Prissy Deluxe and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

Prissy Deluxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
